Biography

I am a 49-year-old woman who had the opportunity to meet Denis Gauthier 28 years ago. He introduced me to bodybuilding, and I discovered a discipline that allowed me to sculpt my body while having lots of fun. I trained with Liette Bujold, who at the time was the reigning MISS MONTRÉAL. Subsequently, under the supervision of Serge Moreau, I entered the MISS LANAUDIERE 88 competition, taking first place for top choreography.

With discipline and determination, I continued to train during my pregnancy with none other than Sophie Duquette, MISS CANADA and fifth place finalist at MISS OLYMPIA. As a 38-year-old mother of two, I won the title of MISS QUÉBEC at the 2000 championships, much to the delight of my children.

Over the next few years, which coincided with a real boom in female bodybuilding, I participated at MISS BODY FITNESS 2004 in the Figure category, taking first place in MONTRÉAL and second place in QUÉBEC CITY.

My two children are also very athletic. My daughter KATHLEEN, who is 16, has won a gold medal in gymnastics at the Québec Games.

She also trains in a gym, is a gymnastics coach at Dynamix, and is in the sports-studies program in school.

My son MICHEL is 19 years old and is studying to become a bricklayer.

Moreover, he trains as a bodybuilder (he's 6'2" and already weighs 205 pounds!)

I am all for being in shape all year-round! Working out is a passion I would like to share with you, so you can shine in this area as well!
